Hi, I'm Jose. I help teams and organizations on how to create a motivating, creative, and educational workplaces.
I believe in the power of transformative conversations. My approach as a director and coach is to create spaces where people and teams can truly listen to one another, discover new ways to collaborate, and unlock their potential.
With over 19 years in the construction industry and 14 years leading projects in design, software development, and organizational transformation, I guide leaders and teams to move from tension to trust, from dispersion to clarity, and from resistance to commitment.
My passion is driving sustainable change, one step at a time -until success is achieved.
Approach and Working Philosophy.
In my work, I understand that profound change in organizations doesn't happen solely through processes or methodologies, but through transforming the way people observe, interpret, and relate to their environment. Therefore, my approach is based on the conviction that every individual is an active observer of their reality, and that modifying this perspective is the first step toward building more humane, collaborative, and effective work cultures.
I draw on the Ontology of Language, which posits that language does not just describe the world, it creates it. Consequently, transforming our internal and collective narrative can open up new possibilities for action. Furthermore, I incorporate principles of organizational agility and evolutionary leadership to design spaces where trust, respect, responsibility, and self-management emerge as fundamental pillars.
Central to my practice is a commitment to integral human development, understanding that professional and personal growth are inextricably linked. I, therefore, work from a perspective that integrates humanistic psychotherapy techniques, ontological coaching, and evidence-based management to guide individuals and teams in discovering and enhancing their internal resources, aligning their actions with authentic values and shared purpose.
This combination allows me to offer an intervention that goes beyond traditional training: it is a process of co-creation, learning, and transformation that responds to the real complexity of organizations and the people within them.
